ULAS Spa Etiquette

  • In a spirit of mutual respect, we kindly request punctuality.
  • Arriving late for your pre-booked treatment, will result in a reduction of treatment time whilst the full treatment fee will apply.
  • Kindly arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment(s) time, to allow sufficient time to check-in and change.
  • Please alert your therapist for the following contra-indications: – High blood pressure, heart conditions. Recent surgery Muscle or joint injuries. Allergy to iodine, or product allergies. Pregnancy, Epilepsy or Diabetes 
  • To preserve a peaceful atmosphere for all our guests, please turn off your mobile phone on arrival at the spa.
  • Spa guests aged 16 years and under must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Gratuities are not included in the treatment price. It is at your discretion to add a gratuity for treatment excellence.
  • ULAS Spa will not be held responsible for any theft, damage, loss, or misfortune that may occur.
  • Please note that products bought at our spas are not refundable.
  • All prices are inclusive of VAT. Prices are subject to change, without prior notice. 

Cancellation Policy

  • The treatment(s) you select, are reserved especially for you.
  • 24 hours advance notice is required, for cancellations or rescheduling bookings.
  • Guest will be charged a 100% cancellation fee, for treatments cancelled less that 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
